I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the SPRAVNO clinic for a wonderful experience. The girls at the reception are very friendly and attentive, and the pleasant atmosphere and beautiful design immediately put you in a positive mood.
Special thanks to neurosurgeon Ruslan Haneem — an exceptionally professional specialist with a truly humane attitude toward the patient. There is no such "conveyor belt" here as in other clinics — each patient is given individual attention and time. You can feel that the doctor truly cares about the patient's condition.
The prices are quite reasonable for this level of service.
I was also pleasantly impressed that the clinic informed me in advance about the rescheduling of the appointment time — this shows respect for patients' time.
My only wish is that it would be very desirable to have at least one parking space near the entrance for vehicles with patients who are difficult to transport. This would greatly facilitate visits to the clinic for elderly and people with limited mobility.
